Limited Warranty Coverage
We provide a 6-month limited warranty (NO RETURNS / REFUNDS) ON REPAIRED PARTS) on the following components:

Touch responsiveness issues

Display malfunction (e.g., flickering, dead pixels)

Not Covered:

Cracks, chips, or any physical damage after repair\

Water or liquid damage

Damage due to misuse, drops, or external force

Battery Replacements Covered for:

Abnormal battery drain

Failure to hold charge within normal usage

Not Covered:

Swollen or blown batteries (typically caused by overcharging or use of non-original/ unapproved chargers)

Water or liquid damage

Physical damage due to mishandling or tampering

Warranty Void Conditions
Your warranty will be considered void if any of the following conditions are met:

Physical Damage: Cracked screens, broken frames, or any signs of impact post-repair.

Water or Liquid Damage: Any exposure to moisture or liquid after the repair date.

Third-Party Tampering: Device opened or repaired by any party other than INSTAFIX.

Use of Incompatible Accessories: Chargers, cables, or batteries that are non-OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or not certified.

Software-Related Issues: Warranty does not cover performance issues caused by software, apps, or firmware updates.

Battery Overcharging/Improper Charging:

Use of unsafe charging habits that result in battery swelling or failure.

Unauthorized Modifications:

Rooting, jailbreaking, or any software modification that alters the phone’s system integrity.
